Bros Cleaning / End of tenancy cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning in Southampton, ready for check-in.
For letting agents, landlords and tenants moving out. Oven, fridge, bathroom and carpets included, the property ready for the next check-in, and photos sent when it is done so nobody has to go round and look.
BeforeAfter
The check-out report decides the deposit. The clean decides the report.
When a tenancy ends, the inventory clerk or the agent walks the property with the check-in report in hand and notes everything that is not as it was. Cleaning is one of the most common items on a check-out report, and it is the easiest one to fix before anyone looks. A greasy oven, limescale round the taps and a fridge with a ring on the shelf are small things, and they are exactly what gets written down.
Bros Cleaning does end of tenancy cleans for letting agents and landlords, and for tenants who want their deposit back. One of our Google reviewers booked an end of tenancy clean while worried about the deposit because the place was in a state. The clean is planned room by room against what a check-out actually looks at.
Room by room
- Kitchen: oven, hob and extractor degreased, fridge and freezer cleaned inside and out, cupboards and drawers emptied of crumbs and wiped inside, sink and taps descaled
- Bathroom: bath, shower, screen, toilet and basin cleaned and descaled, tiles and grout lines scrubbed, mirror polished
- Bedrooms and living rooms: skirting, doors, handles, switches and sockets wiped, wardrobes cleaned inside, windows and sills inside
- Carpets and floors: carpets included in end of tenancy cleans, hard floors vacuumed and washed
- Photos when finished, so the agent or landlord sees the result before check-in
Between tenants, on a tight turnaround
The gap between one tenant moving out and the next moving in is often a couple of days, sometimes less. The clean sits in the middle of that gap with the inventory and any repairs. Send the move-out date and the check-in date with the photos, and the clean is booked to fit. Weekends are available, which matters when a tenancy ends on a Friday and the next starts on a Monday.
Southampton lets
A lot of Southampton’s rental stock turns over on the same few dates every year. Student houses in Portswood, Highfield and Bevois Valley empty out in early summer, and flats in the city centre and around the station change hands all year round. Shared houses mean shared kitchens, and shared kitchens mean the oven and the fridge are usually the worst rooms in the house by the time the tenancy ends. Flats above shops and older terraces bring their own jobs: condensation marks on window frames, limescale from hard water on every tap and shower head. Hard water is a fact of life on the south coast, and descaling is part of every bathroom and kitchen on the list.
For agents with more than one property
If you manage several lets, send each one on WhatsApp with the address area, the size and the date, and each gets its own clear price. You do not need to meet anyone at the property. Most agents leave a key or a lockbox code, and the photos at the end stand in for a visit.

Always turns up exactly as promised and does a really thorough job
Amazing service!! Would highly highly recommend. Messaged them on WhatsApp to get a rough quote and the replies were super quick and helpful. I was lucky enough to book them on such short notice and they turned up the next day for a deep clean before I moved into the house and everything looked amazing, including the carpets!
Florina is a wonderful cleaner. Always on time, works very efficiently with great attention to detail. I am very happy with work. Would highly recommend her.
Section 06 · Get it priced
Send the photos. Get a clear price back.
Every property is different, so there are no prices on the site. The quickest way is a few photos on WhatsApp: the rooms, roughly how big the place is, and the date you need it done. You get a clear price before any work starts.
